I'm Liam Day, and I spent more than two decades running technology inside large organizations: the infrastructure, the security, the websites, the systems that businesses live and die by. Enterprise IT is where you learn what actually works, because at that scale, failure is not an option.
What I kept noticing was the gap. Big companies had proactive monitoring, layered security, and websites engineered to convert. The small businesses around me, the shops and suppliers that actually hold a community together, had none of it. Not because they didn't need it, but because nobody was offering it at a price and in a language that made sense for them.
